Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service at  mirayasarees24@gmail.com with your order details.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item once it is delivered by following our return and refund process below.

2. Cancellation by Miraya Chiffon Sarees

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Payment could not be processed.
  • Shipping to the provided address is not feasible.
  • Any other unforeseen issue.

In the event of a cancellation by us, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Customized, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

  • After receiving your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping charges and any applicable transaction fees (e.g., bank fees or currency exchange losses) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability, and return shipping costs will apply unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at mirayasarees24@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
