We ship to most locations across India and internationally. However, availability of shipping to your specific location may depend on logistical constraints.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time of order placement. Once processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Orders (Within India): 5-7 business days
- International Orders: 10-15 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on local shipping providers, customs processing times, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges for deliveries within India will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
- International Shipping: Shipping rates for international orders are also calculated at checkout and will depend on the destination and weight of the package.
- We offer free shipping on domestic orders over ₹4000.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim to deliver your products within the stated time frames, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, shipping carrier issues).
